Birdman Apparel offers our clients a range of options in screen printing and excels at customer service. We also design and manufacture banners and signs. It's what we do. It's who we are.
Our staff has years of industry experience and are experts in design, ink selection,
screen printing and the production of banners and signs. .
We use only the highest quality, non-toxic and phthalate free products so that we can bring you
the brightest, cleanest, and safest prints possible. We feature only QCM/Rutland Plastisol and Matsui/Rutland Waterbase inks, which are considered the safest inks in production today.
From simple one color t-shirts to process printed hoodies and "vintage" discharge prints we help our clients bring their designs to life on the garment of their choice. From our minimum order of 36 pieces to 10,000+ pieces we provide the experience you need to develop your garment

Art Specs
All separations are done by Birdman for our presses. Please submit high resolution art in any of the following formats. Minimum DPI of 300. It is best to start at a high DPI (300 through 600) than at a low one (72 dpi - web standard) and to start at the size of the design you want then increase it. For example, it is best to design your 10" print at 10" rather than 3" and then increase it.

We accept email, dropbox, ftp, CD, and flash drives. For hand drawn art please contact us.
Do not give us your original file! Please make a copy for us. For TIF, PSD, and PDF files please submit flattened and at final print size. All separations done in house by Birdman Apparel.
For AI and EPS keep all layers.
Please provide pantone numbers (except white or black) or Birdman Apparel will extract them from your file provided.
Please submit your art files sized to your intended print size.

Please remember to write down the shirt's style number (they all have one) when contacting us for a quote. And don't forget the shirt's color as well. Please remember that once we place your order the actual shipping time is out of our hands. Please take into account that weekends and holidays can also slow down shipping time.
